GENERAL INFORMATION |
| Custom finishes are available at additional charge.
Custom design and manufacturing services are also available. Prices quoted are list
prices, and do not include upholstery. Thomas Schwenke, Inc. reserves the right to make
changes in prices without prior notice.

TO PLACE AN ORDER |
A written Purchase Order is the binding agreement
between Thomas Schwenke, Inc., and the customer. A deposit in the amount of 50% of the
purchase price is required on all orders.

TERMS OF SALE |
Balance of the purchase price is to be paid 10 days
before delivery (C.B.D.). Credit terms will be available only after receipt and approval
of a completed credit application. Shipments to approved credit accounts will be "Pro
Forma" on any account overdue.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING |
All items to be shipped "best way" ,
which will be determined by Thomas Schwenke, Inc. Items should be checked upon receipt for
freight damage. Any freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier, and should be
noted on the freight bill.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without factory authorization. Returns will be
accepted for credit only. Goods must be received in the same condition as when shipped
from factory, or they cannot be accepted.
